During the term of this Agreement and for two (2) years after termination, both the Provider and Unimed RCM agree not to:
Induce customers or clients of the other party to patronize a competitor.
Disclose customer or client names or addresses to any third party.
Induce or attempt to induce employees, agents, or former employees of the other party to leave employment or be hired in any competing capacity.
Make disparaging statements about the other party or its members, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, or agents.
Each party shall keep confidential and not disclose or use for personal benefit any Confidential Information of the other party, except as necessary to perform under this Agreement.
By providing your phone number to Unimed RCM, you consent to receive notifications, reminders, and confirmation text messages related to healthcare services.
Opt‑In Method: Customers opt in via intake forms. Consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing.
Opt‑Out: Reply “STOP” to discontinue SMS messages. Reply “START” to resume.

During the term of this Agreement and for one (1) year after termination, both parties agree not to:
Engage in business activities that compete with the other party.
Own, manage, operate, or invest in any entity engaged in competing business activities.
This Agreement begins on the date of the last signature and continues for one (1) year. It automatically renews unless either party provides 30 days’ written notice before expiration.
Either party may terminate for cause if the other breaches a material provision and fails to cure within 30 days, or in the event of bankruptcy or insolvency.
Unimed RCM’s messaging services allow Providers to communicate with patients regarding payment collection, appointment reminders, and practice updates. Providers authorize Unimed RCM to use practice details for these communications, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and patient consent policie
Providers agree to:
Provide accurate and updated practice and patient information.
Ensure patients have consented to receive healthcare‑related communications.
Comply with all relevant legal and privacy requirements.
Unimed RCM ensures strict confidentiality and security of patient and provider data in compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws.
Data will not be sold, shared, or disclosed without explicit consent, except as required by law.
All data is encrypted during transmission and storage using industry‑standard protocols.
Unimed RCM is not responsible for delays, failures, or damages arising from:
Incorrect information provided by the Provider.
Technical issues beyond Unimed RCM’s control.
Failure by the Provider to obtain proper patient consent. Unimed RCM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the services.
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Unimed RCM reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of services implies acceptance of revised terms.
